Demystifying funding opportunities and translating a team’s passion into competitive proposals. With 63 funded program grants authored, bringing over $62 million from federal, State, and philanthropic sources home to Alaska since 2016.

Katie McKay Bryson

A lifelong Alaskan, activist, and certified coach, with over 20 years experience working in nonprofits and social justice movements.

I founded KMB Consulting in 2019 to do what I love: working side by side with Alaskans building healing-centered, self-determined, data-driven solutions to the challenges our communities face.

It is an honor to work deeply with mission-aligned providers toward the cross-pollination of shared outcomes benefitting our collective wellbeing.
